What sort of voice are you looking for the alligator? Shifty? Deep? Southern? More details would help.
Try not to think of the alligator as an alligator, but more of a hard-ass who snuck into someone's backseat to choke them with a rope like a hard-ass. I hope that helps? But keep in mind that its a 15 seconds animation ONLY, so I need things to go fast, but still realistic.
